Shipping Details

Every order placed on Home – iways-m-live will be shipped to a single delivery address provided at the time of checkout. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, separate orders will need to be placed accordingly.

MM Specs delivers products through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Courier providers may vary depending on operational requirements, serviceability, and delivery efficiency.

At this time, orders are accepted and delivered within Pakistan only. International ordering and shipping may become available in the future depending on logistics feasibility and operational expansion.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation. Customers are advised not to pay any amount to the courier rider beyond the confirmed invoice amount or remaining COD balance communicated by MM Specs.

As MM Specs products are premium wearable devices that undergo inspection, verification, and secure packaging before dispatch, our standard delivery timelines are generally:

Major Cities: 5–7 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 10–15 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, courier limitations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are typically processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.

In case of any unexpected delay, customers may contact our support team for assistance and shipment updates.

Orders containing multiple items are generally shipped together. However, in situations involving stock availability or operational constraints, products within the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.

Customers will receive an order confirmation after successfully placing an order. Shipment tracking details may also be shared once the order has been dispatched, where applicable.

Online payments processed through MM Specs are handled through secure payment channels. For eligible orders, customers may also choose our partial Cash on Delivery option, which requires a minimum 50% advance payment before dispatch due to the premium nature and value of the products. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the order number and relevant photos or videos for review.

Order Verification

MM Specs reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified, incomplete, suspicious, or unreachable may be delayed, canceled, or placed on hold for security purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers requesting cancellation may contact our support team with their order details for assistance. If payment was made online and the order qualifies for cancellation, any approved refund reversal timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking channel.

MM Specs reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for customized, processed, verified, or dispatched orders.

Unresponsive Customer Policy

If a customer fails to respond, receive, or claim a product after repeated communication attempts and delivery coordination, MM Specs may hold the product for a limited period for operational and storage purposes.

If the product remains unclaimed beyond the holding period, MM Specs reserves the right to process the item according to internal operational procedures, including disposal, liquidation, or inventory adjustment where necessary.

Incomplete Shipment Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of order placement. MM Specs will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional operational costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If a customer sends any product or parcel to MM Specs without complete identification details, proof of ownership, or contact information, the company may hold the item temporarily while attempting verification.

Transit Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and transit handling become subject to third-party logistics operations. MM Specs will continue to provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving shipment-related concerns wherever possible.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery and report any concerns promptly.
