Repair or replacement procedures may take approximately 15–20 working days depending on product availability and inspection requirements.
If the same model or color variant is unavailable, a similar replacement option may be offered.
In cases involving product upgrades or replacement with higher-value variants, customers may be required to pay the applicable price difference before dispatch.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty will not apply in the following situations:
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, cosmetic marks, or gradual material aging resulting from regular usage.
Issues caused by dust, dirt, improper maintenance, or environmental exposure affecting sound quality, visibility, or appearance.
